Still floating!

Ok...so life goes on. I'm still walking around with a goofy grin on my face and steal glances at my ring when I get a chance. What can I say? I'm delighted.
I know the wedding isn't until November but at the rate of planning and excitement I've had...I think we'd be ready in two weeks. I have almost everything picked out and decided upon...we just need to get our guest list figured out and things like that. We're meeting with our wedding planner Saturday evening...although, I don't think she'll have much to plan. Lol.

Scott and I have a website now....www.amberandscottmitchell.com. *grin*
I'm going to be Mrs. Mitchell. *dreamy sigh* Everyone is going to be sick of this silliness by the time we get to the big day. Oh well.

Let's see....what else has happened? I've been so oblivious to things around me the past week. We went to his mom and dad's and then mine the night of....and then last Thursday we went to see my brother and his gf in Huntington. Saturday was a very busy day at work and when we left here the weather was starting to get bad. We drove to my mom and dad's church for a sweetheart dinner and the normally 30 min drive took us an hour. We had to go around 35-45 almost the entire time on 119 and Rt. 17 wasn't much better when we hit it. Craziness! The dinner was a lot of fun. We didn't make it to Sunday School b/c of the snow and by the time we dug the car out to try to head home before things got really bad, there was six inches of snow. Good thing I had new snow tires and front-wheel drive!
I spent all day Monday working on Scott's Valentine gift while he was at work. I made him a scrapbook and painted/decorated a frame with a pciture of us in it and gave him a small heart shaped vase with some silk flowers. He gave me a scooby doo valentine card (how sweet!) and *gasp* four beautiful framed pictures of Tomo that he took. Oh, they are so wonderful. They are hanging above the couch now and are just splendid. I wish I had his talent.
